4.3 Username and Password. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. spin7 will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security is your responsibility.
4.4 Account Activation. Registration is complete only after you have verified your Philippine mobile number via one-time SMS code. Accounts that have not completed SMS verification within 48 hours of registration may be removed from the system.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. spin7 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, not to exceed the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱200 for bank transfer and card methods. Minimum deposit thresholds for bonus eligibility may differ and are specified in individual promotion terms.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal of real money balance; (c) the withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

13.2 spin7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your spin7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spin7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your spin7 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (minus applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all pending KYC and AML obligations have been satisfied.

15.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
